Limca Book of Records is a record book of Indian India, officially the Republic of India , is a country in South Asia. It is the seventh-largest country by geographical area, the second-most populous country with 1.18 billion people, and the most populous democracy in the world. Mainland India is bounded by the Indian Ocean on the south, the Arabian Sea on the west, and the Bay of Bengal on the origin.[1] First published in 1990, the 20th edition of this book was released by Amitabh Bachchan Amitabh Bachchan , is an Indian film actor. He first gained popularity in the early 1970s as the "angry young man" of Bollywood cinema, and has since become one of the most prominent figures in the history of Indian cinema in March 2009. [1] The Limca Book of Records is published with the patronage of Coca-Cola India which manufactures the soft drink called Limca Limca is a lemon and lime flavoured carbonated soft drink made in India and certain parts of the U.S. It is less bubbly than its American counterparts like Seven Up and Sprite, and it has a slight flavor of ginger.
The current editor is Vijaya Ghose.[2] It's year 2006 edition was launched in New Delhi New Delhi is the capital city of India. It serves as the center of the Government of India and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi by Atul Singh, CEO of Coca-Cola India.[3] On September 25th 2007, a Special edition of It was released by Coca-Cola to commemorate 60 years of India's independence. [1] On May 30th 2008, the 19th Edition was launched in New Delhi New Delhi is the capital city of India.
